VILLA BON BINI CAS ABOU - PRIVATE VACATION RENTAL
Our newest, recently renovated private rental sits atop a hill in the gated community of Cas Abou. This neighborhood is tucked away down a hidden road on a hillside overlooking the ocean. Villa Bon Bini is on the highest road at the crest of the hill. The property is tucked away, quiet, and peaceful. This home is the perfect place to get away, but still have the luxury of a private pool on the balcony, overlooking the ocean, AND access to two private beaches a 5 minute walk down the road.
The house is two floors. On the lower floor is a bedroom with two singles beds, a living room with huge picture window into the tropical garden, a full bathroom, laundry room, and entry sitting area. When you walk up the winding staircase, you will find a beautiful panoramic view in the great room. This room has two big sliding doors which open up to the ocean. It is an open kitchen, living and dining area, with vaulted ceiling. Off of either side of this room are two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. They each have private sliding doors onto the wrap around porch. This wrap around porch is also the pool deck. This pool has amazing views with the added bonus of jacuzzi jets in one corner.
Outside the garden is lush with palms, fruit trees, cactus and tropical flowers. There is a covered parking spot, and an electric gate. The whole property is walled in for privacy.
